1. Where to buy products?

Unfortunately we do not sell publicly at moment, you have to buy from our distributors or agents. We will open online shop very soon.




We "GO GREEN", We take responsibility for our packaging, we use minimum packaging for our products, our glass bottles and jars are recyclable, we are offering a 25p refund for bottles and jars returned to our distributors or agents where you purchased.

5. Does price include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT as standard, you’ll see the overall price, including VAT, upfront from the start, rather than only at check out. We trust you’ll find this makes ordering with us much clearer.



6. Can I get VAT invoice?

Yes, A VAT invoice will be provided via the email address you provide after your order has been placed. This invoice should be used for all VAT refund and reporting purposes.

• The invoice will include the Alexander Essentials VAT Registration Number.

• The VAT amount will be provided in UK pound sterling.



7. Further information or samples?

In the first instance, please send an e-mail to Sales at The Alexander Essentials ( please visit our Contact Us page). We'll need contact details, information about your business, (including the types of products already stocked), products you're interested in and timescales.

Please be aware that we select our stockists carefully. Typically our stockists are registered businesses and include independent/holistic retailers, salons and professional therapists.

We will soon be offering party-plan opportunities ( for self employed individuals.

Please note that wholesale pricelists and our standard terms and conditions will only be supplied, once we've received further information and have had an initial discussion to clarify your requirements. Unfortunately we cannot supply free samples, so will make a nominal charge for the supply of product samples.



8. Why is there a difference in colour of the same product I bought?

Due to the natural raw material ingredients used to manufacture our products, variations in aroma, colour, texture and viscosity might occur from batch to batch, and therefore consistency cannot be guaranteed.



9. Where are your products made?

To support British manufacturing and craftsmanship, to reduce carbon footprint, all Alexander Essentials’ products are designed, printed and manufactured in the UK.



10. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we are more than happy to send orders to international customers directly from us. Please note that all shipments to outside the EU (European Union) may be subject to import duties and taxies, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.



11. Why is there different outer film sleeve?

From 2013 we use new packaging outer film sleeve, Viskrings/Celons. Comparing with PVC film sleeve, it is safer and stronger, most importent it is greener, although it does cost a bit more. Please visit our Go Green page for more details.
